Islam and Evolution

Does islam dismiss the entirety of the theory of evolution, despite substantial evidence that supports it?

I can't comment on Islam, but I will say Secularism and Evolution are completely incompatible. According to evolution, secular liberal policies will lead to devolution and to idiocracy. Anyone who seriously believes in evolution should become a religious traditionalist since only this leads to positive human evolution.
