Assalam Aleikum all brothers and sisters in the forum.
As I am from a non muslim country ie Kenya recently a law was passed to allow islamic banking.Some banks like Barclays has started allowing us to open islamic accounts,they call them lariba accounts.
We wanted to open accounts in this bank but there is some confusion some sheikhs are saying it is halal and some are saying it is haram because the bank originally is not an islamic bank.
Please advice.
