Islamic Online Courses recommendation

Assalam o Alaikum rahamutullahi wa barakuthu brothers and sisters.

I am deaf born, and also cochlear user but I don't understand most of sounds. I want to study under any islamic online courses. What is your recommendation? I did study under islamic Online university.
