Even if you do istinja' 100x a day, it would still not invalidate your fasting.
You will likely drain the water supply though.

what about when doing ghusal and your cleaning yourself down there - and whilst cleaning yourself how is it possible to avoid water going up your rear end

Even in the unlikeliest situation (ie. like when you high pressure water to clean) where water going up your rear end, it still does not invalidate your fasting.

If you are still not satisfied, here's the lists of things that invalidate fasting:
1- Intercourse
2- Masturbation
3- Eating and drinking
4- Anything that is regarded as coming under the same heading as eating and drinking
5- Letting blood by means of cupping and the like
6- Vomiting deliberately
7- Menstruation and nifaas
