It is no problem if I have done some mistakes during my prayer?

Today when I prayed the sequel prayer to Fajr, I have prayed in my room silently while using my tongue and lips. By mistake, I have said "Rabighfirly" in my mind, and I have repeated that again until I have corrected myself by using my lips and tongue.

So, is my prayer still acceptible?
