JINN - REAL or UNREAL By DR AMEENAH BILAL PHILIPS

Assalamu'alaykum Wa Rahmatullah
IslamBradford would like to invite you all to a unique seminar, 'Jinn, Real or Unreal' by an expert in the area Dr Abu Ameena Bilal Philips. The event will be held on Sunday 28th May, 2006 at the Carlisle Business Centre, Carlisle Road, Bradford, at 4pm.
Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips was born in Jamaica, but grew up in Canada, where he accepted Islam in 1972. He completed a diploma in Arabic and a B.A. from the College of Islamic Disciplines (Usool ad-Deen) at the Islamic University of Madeenah in 1979. At the University of Riyadh, College of Education, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology in 1985, and in the department of Islamic Studies at the University of Wales, he completed a Ph.D. in Islamic Theology in 1994.
Presently, he is a lecturer of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University in Dubai and Ajman University in Ajman, UAE.
As following the Jinn seminar, IslamBradford will be showcasing the latest project, The Islamic Centre Project. IslamBradford are seeking to launch the first English Language Dawah Centre in the city and will be going through the details of the project and answering any questions you may have and also taking any suggestions.
The bank holiday weekend programme is as follows:

18.30: Spending In The Path of Allah
19.00: IslamBradford Centre Presentation
19.30: Q&A
