judaism vs islam

Could someone post links on discussion comparing judaism vs islam?

I was raised in a muslim family and I was a muslim only by name.. but only recently am I starting to follow the religion..reading quaran/praying. I have been in a relationship with a guy who was brought up as a jew. He does not however really follow the jewish religion...i guess you could say he is jewish by name.. I want to marry this person and I am praying that he will convert to islam. I am lost as to how to encourage him towards Islam.

Remember that it's not really good to ask someone to convert just on the basis of marriage, since that person might only become muslim for the sake of the marriage, which can cause problems later on in life for the couple.
