my cuzin wrote this poem and he wants to know if it soundz right or wrong ,...if u get wot i mean...so please comment...jazakallah

Keep the Imaan​

Mohammed (PBUH) is our prophet
When he came out with the revelations, some thought he lost it
But the words were from Allah(swt), and no one but
Enemies don’t wanna believe, their hearts were shut
One Allah(swt), one prophet, one ummah, it’s growing
Non believers, plotting to kill but Allah is all knowing
Wars upon wars, everybody killing
Muslims killing for Allah, coz they believing
One goal, to spread Islam and it’s spreading
More and more turning away from sinning
Islam is peace, we don’t wanna kill, but enemies were on attack
We can’t just sit here, get wiped out, we have to fight back
So that’s how it was, that’s how we took over, starting with Makkah
With the help of Allah(swt), we would get stronger
That was over a thousand years ago, but history is repeating
The signs are bright and clear, it’s blinding
‘War on terrorism’, ‘weapons of mass destruction’, it’s all a joke
Brothers and sisters, they gonna feed us with these lies till we choke
So be strong, keep your head up and stand tall
Pray to Allah(swt) and pray whenever you hear the adhhan call
Coz we are faced with the greatest test of all
So we gotta have imaan, believe in Allah(swt) till we all fall.​

Sounds more like a rap, or is it me just the way am saying lol.

^ No worries Sis, it probably just went down the section for awhile which is why nobody saw it. But mashaAllaah your cousin wrote it? That was good...nice to read. This was the best line by far:

kitty lol, yaa i have bare on lobe and sad ones too but none on cats m afraid! but m nt sure abt posting them here, wud dat b a good idea? love poems? hmmm take dis one:

When that time comes..

I remember when I was small
The only worry was if I’ll ever be tall
Weekends were messing about at the park
Now it’s just exams and essays for teachers to mark
Love was only for mum and dad
Now it’s also something that makes me sad
Little seeds into flowers we form
But then only to get tread on and get torn

To and from school, shops or chilling, whatever
We always had fun, never fought, always together
But now my shadow seems to be my only friend
Tell me is he the one to whom birthday cards I should send?

I know everyone’s gone now, but they’ll return
We’ll be friends again, teach each other and learn
When that time comes, things will get better
When that time comes, it will stay with us forever.

Sadness, hate and jealousy, where is all this coming from?
There’s so much in this world, I bet there’s more to come

When are we gonna open our eyes?
