Well, you could take a straight law degree (the LLB). In the first post, you said you might want to do a combination course, and mentioned business - what you could do is a business degree, then convert it into a law degree. You convert it by doing the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law), but I hear that's very intense.
After you've got your undergraduate degree, the next step is either:
1) If you want to be a solicitor, do the LPC (Legal Practice Course)
2) If you want to be a barrister, do the BVC (Bar Vocational Course)
Within the LPC, you'll learn certain core subjects, and choose certain electives to study - so you could choose an elective focusing on Property Law.
I did the LLB then went straight onto the LPC. A lot of people took a gap year, either to gain some legal work experience, or just make some dosh before moving on to post-graduate study.
And before embarking on a career in law, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. The LPC is very intense. I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm just trying to ensure you don't walk into anything blindly.
Whatever you do, make sure you get a lot of work experience with firms. If you want to go into property law, contact some law firms who deal with conveyancing, do a couple of weeks work experience at as many of them as possible.
