Wa Alaykum As Salaam,
I'd say, if you don't have arabic speaking freinds get some; and try to only talk arabic with them.
That's if you can't move to an arabic country as of yet.
Listening to Muhaadarahs and lesson that are all in arabic too would help, jotting down the every new word that you hear then look them up in a dictionary, and make a little arabic vocabulary book!!
