everytime i check my mail box there like 50 new emails of old topics

LI conquered like 70% of my inbox how can i stop the onslaught? help!

change your settings, so you dont get email notification everytime somevody has replied to your thread/post.

is that in the UserCP bro? or is it the same as the option to add or leave out your signature when your posting

Go to User CP > Edit Options. In the second area: Messaging & Notification, there is a drop down box for the default subscription mode. Select either Do Not Subscibe, or No E-mail Notification depending on whichever you want.
