The event is now less than 5 days away. Things are moving really slow now with the designer not being available and brothers not being around. We were hoping to get 1000 people registered to this event insha Allah We need to step up our advertising insha Allah. We will need to go with what we have.
Below is the e-mail template that has been made. I have listed the supporting organisations in description below.
Please let me know within an hours time (7.40pm UK time) if any further edits are needed. We will then send this out as much as possible.
In the mean time, I will write up an advertisement plan. Please also offer your suggestions and what your organisation will do to help with this conference insha Allah. Remember - "Whoever invites to good will get the reward of that good action" (Sahih Muslim)

Assalamu alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabrakatuhu!,
Eaalim Institute invites you to its 2-day annual free online conference in support of Ummah Welfare Trust with the support of Ummah Forum, 7cgen, Islamboard Forum, Travel Express, Nahda, ijaazah.com, Nour Academy and Safar Media entitled ‘Best Nation’ with special guest speaker Shaykh Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Ash-Shinqeeti from Saudi Arabia.
Amongst all of the nations to be raised up by Allah, the Ummah of Muhammad (saw), our ummah is described as the best of nations because Allah swt says in the Quran, “You are the best nation ever raised up for mankind, you enjoin Al-Ma`ruf and forbid Al-Munkar and believe in Allah.” [3:110]. The meaning of the Ayah is that the Ummah of Muhammad (saw) is the most righteous and beneficial nation for mankind. The Messenger of Allah (saw) also said, “You are the final of seventy nations, you are the best and most honoured among them to Allah”. We as an Ummah have been honoured and elevated in status by Allah (swt). Come and find out why this Ummah is blessed and the responsibilities that come with such high status in this 2-day conference.
Amongst the line up of speakers we have are Shaykh Muhammad Mukhtar Ash-Shinqeeti (KSA), Shaykh Shady Suleiman (Australia), Ustadh Uthman Lateef (UK) and Shaykh Mujahid Ali (UK). We will also have 2 UWT representatives giving an eye witness account os the situation in Somalia insha Allah.
