logging out

how come i cant log out :'( ?
each time i click log out im still logged in and when i come back onlnie even tohugh i had pressed log out im still logged in ???

what do i do to solve this? :-[

ok where is the delete your cookies option :-[ i cant find it

go to Tools and internet options, then, click delete cookies and delete files
