Looking Hadeeth Ramadan/Death

I'm looking for the hadeeth that speaks of how Allah decides whos going to die after or be4 ramadan? Every Ramadan Allah decides who will make it until next Ramadan or not?

I know that Allah has obviously decreed out fate when the soul is inserted in the body, but I also heard the above, I wonder if its true.

Sister I may not fully understand what you mean but my thoughts are that most likely that is not true,as Shab E miraj is the time when Allah(SubhanATallah) decides who dies the year..most majority of Arabs believe that(including my whole family) and if that is true,than what you said about Allah deciding about who dies before Ramadhan and after, that will be false. Ask a scholar inshallah,Allah knows the best.
