I just recently got married, she's not Muslim but I'm also a recent convert myself to Islam.
I am happy that I married her. She accepts that im Muslim is happy that I'm happy in Islam.
I'm happy that I'm not having sex outside of marriage.

When will Muslim men learn that if you are going to marry a non-Muslim woman she have to meet four conditions otherwise it is forbidden for you to marry them by the command of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Talaa) himself. Chances are...the percentage of non-Muslim woman (people of the book) who meet these conditions are like 2%. What about the millions and millions of Muslim woman out there who are either widowed, divorced or never got married and cannot find a husband? Why you picked a non-Muslim woman who by the way WILL FAIL in giving you your rights. It is literally now impossible to find a non-Muslim woman who will give the husband his right. Literally speaking. What kind of upbringing are you going to bring to that child when their own mother is not Muslim? Already in a Muslim family it is hard, especially modern Muslim ideology you go ahead and bring a non-Muslim woman to get pregnant with your seed and birth your kids from the womb of a non-Muslim human being?

The question arises...is she from the people of the book? It have to be from the people of the book. It have to be that is the condition to marry them. If she is not from the people of the book it is no different than getting married to a Muslim woman and one day she leaves the fold of Islam...your marriage there is broken, you are no longer married to that woman even if she lived with you for 20 years and the children automatically goes to you. If that is the case when you marry a Muslim woman who leaves the fold of Islam then what do you think your case will be when you MARRIED a non-Muslim who we know are not common from the people of the book?!

So just clarify it to me..if not us...but to me...is she from the people of the book? If she is what are the conditions of the people of book? What does it mean to be from the people of the book? Does she meet the four conditions and what are the four conditions?

Muslim men are only allowed to marry Christian and Jewish girls out of the non Muslims so if she is not from either of those 2 faith's then I'm afraid your commiting fornication with her brother. If she is from either of those 2 faiths, then that's cool but do try to convert her to Islam

It is much more than that Ahmed. Not just Christian and Jewish by name and it have to be like 99% close to Islam and these modern Jewish and Christians are far from been the people of book. One other criteria is that the woman of the book are chaste and similar to Muslim woman, the modern non-Muslim women are very much far from that in a long run. The non-Muslim women you see walking in the street, working as tellers, working in banks, been teachers of your children, bus drivers, etc all of these do not meet the conditions when you observe their behavior, talk and how they wear their cloth. If you observe majority of the non-Muslim women by the time they have reached age 18 already have under their belt over 100 men and even women whom they have sexual relationship, alcohol drinking, drugs, etc.

What is wrong exactly by marrying a Muslim woman? I am still unsure of the reason why I see Muslim men pick non-Muslim woman. I as a man don't understand how men think here. Can you a man, a Muslim man, please explain to me why you want to get married to a non-Muslim woman and willing to have your children be birthed from a body of a non-Muslim mother?
