If a person marries another with the intention of being settled or like increasing business, and fulfills all the terms needed for a valid marriage, would the intention affect?

This part is good, fulfills all the terms needed for a valid marriage.

It is needed tobfeel mutual love, mercy, attraction and to do it because of Allah, fulfilling deen obligation, helping each other in deen and dunya.

Both partners should continue improving themself and each other in every aspect of daily life, not neglecting studies/learning nor physical beauty, fitness, nor the adkhaars, salawat, estegfar and other nawafil ibadah for inner noor, augments, healing and beauty.
