Assalamualaikum. My name is Mohsin and my cousin name is Noor Fatima. Firstly I want to tell you that I was in relationship with my cousin for 3 years and we also talked each other on mobile phone.on chat. One day, I asked her that will you marry me. She said. Yes. Then I asked her, "Noor Fatima daughter of (her father's name), have you accepted this nikah(wedlock) three times. And she said yes,all three times. Is she in my nikah or not??

When you want to do nikkah, you sign a contract, which will be witnessed by her father or a male member of her family, and your father. And imam or other muslim officiant.

You cannot do nikkah only between you and her.
