Take your shoe size
multiply it by 5
then add 50
then multiply by 20
then add 1013
then subtract the year you were born

i.e. Shoe size x 5 + 50 x 20 + 1013 - year of birth

The answer to this, will give you a three or four digit number. The first part, should be the shoe size used at the beginning. The second part, should be your age in years.

You have to add 1014 now, because it is not 2013 anymore. 1013 gives one year less.
