Miracle - Body of Masood Raza Khan untouched and fresh in the grave?

This is what is being extensively circulated on social media and WhatsApp and even the imam of a local mosque (Barelvi mosque, as there are NO other mosques nearby) talked about this 'miracle of the Awliya Allah' on Friday before Khutbah!

Quoting the whatsapp message, in it's entirety with NO changes made to the text.

Maulana Ahmed Mashud Raza ka inteqaal 21 sept 2015 ( last year) ko Mumbai mein huaa tha inki tadfeen U.P. ke pilibhit town mein huee thi.
Inki wasiyat ke mutabiq inki tadfeen inke home town eeta mein kal Wednesday 24 august 2016 ko huee.
In ke betoon be pilibhit collector se permission lekar qabar khodi aur maiyyat ko ambulance k zariye eeta shift kiya.
Aap video dekh sakte hain ke maulana aaj bhi bilkul fresh nazar arahe hain.
Ek saal baad bhi qabar ka koyee asar nahi.

Maulana Ahmed Masood Raza [khan] died on 21 September 2015 (last year) in Mumbai. He was burried in Uttar Pradesh [a state in India] in the Pilibhit town. Then according to his 'desires', he was shifted to his hometown Eeta yesterday on Wednesday 24 August 2016. His sons took permission from the Pilibhit collector to dig his grave and shifted him in an ambulance to Eeta.

You can see in the video that Maulana still looks completely 'fresh' (sic)
There are NO signs of him being buried for an year.

It is said that he came in a dream (to I think his son?) and said that he wants to be shifted from Pilibhit to Eeta.

That YouTube channel by Islamic Network have more videos about this 'miracle'.

In the past there had been some 'miracles' which were later found to be 'doctored' and were later exposed. Here the body does look 'fresh' for somebody who has been burried for an year. So have you heard about this 'miracle of the Awliya Allah' as it is being circulated and even talked about in the entire city of Mumbai and semons being delivered praising the saint? What are your thoughts on this? Is this really a Wali?! Is this video and the story behind it legitimate?

There have been cases recorded in the past where bodies have been unrearthed in fresh condition, during the time of 'Umar ibn al Khattaab, a body was unearthed accidentally and some thought it was Prophet Daniel :saws: ,
Also during the iran iraq war, there were obviously martyrs from both factions since some were fighting only for the sake of Allah, a body from the Iranian faction is reported to have later been found in pristine condition, vids also available on youtube.

Many others have been reported during the russian afghan war and a reporter who witnessed such phenomenon came to accept Islam himself and was later martyred, here's the iranian one:

Also of note is the body of Bernadette Soubirous - indicating that truth, sincerity, intention, acceptance of what is available to a person of the truth, righteous action, and fear of Allah play a huge part in salvation, curious story considering her last words, but that's the best of her knowledge according to what she was taught, and Allah knows best.
(Khidr and the wall, Quran 18:82 comes to mind).

Two sahabas (hudzaifa bin al Yaman R.A + i forgot ) bodies were removed in 1932 in Iraq and relocated . they were fresh and photos are there but the main ones missing because they were bought at high bidders (jews ) since many accepted islam on seeing it.
