Are there any clues in the Quran for when Moses lived? Any historical persons like pharaos that lived during his time?

The Quran mentions Pharaoh in the context of exodus. The word Pharaoh wasnt used until 1300 BC. Haman, his helper existed in 2500 BC. Isn't this a contradition? Im not trying to attack Islam. I am a believeing muslim and I just want to find an answer to this.
