muslims by birth or are we real muslims advise me

I have a problem that requires urgent reply.I was recruited for a french operator to assist french people establish phone and net connection .However, when i underwent a medical check. i didcovered that my ability of listening has decreased that is i can heard low voices.My parents told me to take this job to save money and to be enjoyed inssurance help.U know the second doctor who examined me is inflexible in dealing withmoney.After telling him my situation , he refuses to make me discount on device in which he tested my capacity of hearing.Are we still muslims or just by birth

being born in muslim family, we re muslims.

but we have to develop faith...nowadays many ppl are running after money

they dont care of islam or muslims.

we have show them islam....like distributing islamic books, audios, etc.

very few ppl are strong muslims...but jannah is for them!!
