Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world and is expected to outstrip Christianity by the end of the century. The number of Muslims will grow more than twice as fast as the world's population from now until 2050, the Pew Research Center has said.

what your saying is a different issue.It's said that when Hz isa a.s comes down the Muslims will be in masjid with Hz Imam Mahdi. How many ? obviously a few hundred. Where will be other Muslims ? It's also known that dajjal will have special powers to make the ppl his followers. However, he'll not enter makka and madina but munafiqin will be expelled from these 2 holy places. Then How many Muslims will remain there? How many Muslims will be hiding in caves and other secret places? On the whole, Muslims will be in a small number.Q arise, what will happen with all this large population of Muslims? Will they become kafir? (Allah knows best)What's more important now? I think, efforts are to be focussed on how to protect our as well as our brothers' iman.
