I Am

I am an ordinary girl who tries to fit in
I wonder if I will ever pursue my dreams
i hear my heart beating whenever I am in the spot light
I see the sea like a desert of waves
I want to be a successful woman

I am an ordinary girl who tries to fit in
I pretend that i know everything
I feel that i could do anything
I touch the sky whenever I remember my friends
I worry if I will ever accomplish my dreams
I cry whenever I remember my friends

I am an ordinary girl who tries to fit in
I understand that life is hard
I say people should believe in their dreams
I dream one day that i will see the world
I try to succeed
I hope I will see the world
