Yeah bro nasheeds are halal. As long as there is no profanity or "tone drops" that cause one to "move the body". Also there can be no instruments or imitation of musical instruments. There is a bit of controversy because some nasheeds use autotune which would be considered artificial but meh, I'm not sure on that last bit.
