Assalamu walaikum I need an advice to conceive so can any1 help me since it's been an year for my married life plz suggest me

Go to a doctor and get your self checked out for anything that may be preventing you from getting pregnant. If it seems that everything is ok, then perhaps have your husband get checked as well. In the meantime just make du'a to allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and be patient with His decree inshallah. May Allah ease your affairs.

Alhemdulilah that's great news. Just be patient. My cousin had a hard time conceiving and was stressing about it a lot. The moment she decided to move on from the "dream of having a baby" she got pregnant subhanallah. So don't stress out about it too much. Allah knows when the perfect time for you is and you have to just trust Him. You don't know what will happen in the future and it may become very difficult for you to raise your child or something may happen allah forbid, so just be patient and know that everything has it's perfect time.

If it's still being too difficult to conceive, go back to a specialist and see what your options are. Sometimes there are certain medications or procedures that help increase your chances of conceiving.

you have to accept and wait for allahs decree
of course also do what one can ,like eating healthy foods and duas also

i know some childless couples
and some who had children after 10 and 15 years
try to maintain positivity and good faith in allahs decree inshallah

There are certain foods that decrease and increase your chances of conceiving, as does the level of sleep and activity. There are certain herbs that can aide. Google how to get pregnant and you will find many sites with tips and guidelines to help, such as these
