It is best if you made this announcement in the "brother's private room'. Not that it's not irrrelevant to this section, however, there is a much higher possibility that he will eventually get a contact person to help him travel at such a far distance inshAllah. If you are not registered for the brother's private room, than it's best to go and register. InshAllah there will be someone good for this brother
