We're using in-text advertising. So within your post, some terms may automatically turn into advertisement links. You don't have to click them if you don't want to. It's just another method of earning revenue as forum costs are QUITE high. Just saying. Multiple times we've gone into a slight deficit and it was not pretty on our end.

And we don't accept public donations.

It shouldn't be a bother though, right? We've been limiting other advertisements, like the header has been gone for a while. The other ones are hardly noticeable.

I also wanted to mention that these advertisers are highly stringent on cleanliness and purity too, so insha-Allah we won't be fighting those obstacles we were having when serving the banner ads etc. Alhamdulilllah.

We are once again testing out affiliate link advertising which automatically converts a few words in a post into clickable links pointing to various online stores. All such links display a tool tip when you hover on it saying "Link added by VigLink". If they work well then we will continue to keep them :ia:.
