Stop emails ... UserCP and then Edit Options and then do not subscribe or something over there anyway. Its same as TMZ

User CP > Edit Options > and then change the option to "No email notification"

and for the brothers section you gotta ask an admin , Woodrow might help you since he knows you from TMZ plus you need atleast 100 posts
