just participate in the disscussions on other threads like ur doing here and try and get 50 posts. once uv got 50 posts u can give reps to other members by clicking on the green button next to their user name. to check if som1 has given u a rep go to ur user CP located at the top of ur page. (check now )
ur user CP will also tell u ur latest 5 posts and all the threads started by u. u can also change ur signature and avatar from ther.
