It would be interesting to know why you took the Shahadah.,
Being a Muslim is too simple but all encompassing so it can be confusing.
It's about your relationship with Allah, your intention for everything (as you will be accountable for all).
Be humble, forgive, have integrity and always be patient.
Treat life as a test, in good and in bad.
Easiest way would be to think well, say well and do well (because Allah likes it?)
Read stories of the 25 prophets.
Then pick up slowly all the other tenets....
