In regards to the following ayahs...:
هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَى
15. Has there come to you the story of Musa
إِذْ نَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى
16. When his Lord called him in the holy valley of Tuwa,
اذْهَبْ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَى
17. Go to Fir`awn; verily, he has transgressed all bounds.
فَقُلْ هَل لَّكَ إِلَى أَن تَزَكَّى
18. And say to him: "Would you purify yourself''
وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَى
19. "And that I guide you to your Lord, so you should fear Him''
فَأَرَاهُ الاٌّيَةَ الْكُبْرَى
20. Then he showed him the great sign.
فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَى
21. But he denied and disobeyed.
ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ يَسْعَى
22. Then he turned back, striving.
فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَى
23. So he gathered and called out,
فَقَالَ أَنَاْ رَبُّكُمُ الاٌّعْلَى
24. Saying: "I am your lord, most high.''
قال قتادة: سبحانك ربي ما أحلمك، تأمر موسى وهارون أن يقل لفرعون قولا لينا. ان كان حلمك بفرعون الذي قال أنا ربكم الأعلى، فكيف يكون حلمك بعبد قال سبحان ربي الأعلى
...Qatadah said: Glorified are You, my Lord how forbearing you are. You order Musa and Haroon to say a word of lenience to Phaorah. If this is your forbearance with Pharaoh who said "I am your Lord most high" so how is your forbearance with a servant who says: "Glorified are you my Lord, the High."
