In the UK a customer can always refuse the extended benefit from a supplier.
If the item is Halaal then there is no sin in accepting the item, If it's Haraam then you can leave it behind.
LIDL always has these promotions and sometimes offers Haraam items - Simply tell the cashier you dont want it.
