I wish to buy omega 3 tablets, from the pharmacy or health shop. However it says they have Gelatin. I can't find any alternative.

I saw one advertised on the telly. It's called eye-q. Cool name, probably not so cool price. I don't know the ingredients though.

Isn't cod liver oil rich in omega 3? Sure it tastes like a toasty turd, but it's brain food! And crucially, it has no gelatine.
