If I have a verified paypal account and it is linked to a bank in UAE but what if I change my bank will I have to verify my account again ?
 
i dunno, since you're already verified with no previous issues - even so - all they do is stick a few cents into your account and get you to confirm it - sometimes finishes in two working days and you can check the amounts and or code on the phone or on mini statements.

Yes, even if you have to add an account to an existing one you'll still need to verify it.. they put like two pennies in your account or something and you do it by phone ideally..
