People walking in front whilst praying in Taraweeh

Salams everyone. Just wanted to ask what the islamic ruling is on people walking in front of you whilst you're praying your taraweeh salah in jamaat? I remember a hadith about a spear being in front to act as a sutra but people can't be sutra's right?
