I get really bad thoughts related to shirk; I've been worry about it a lot It feels like I say intentionally; but do I? I can't remember? I don't believe in any one of them!

If you don't believe in any of them, then it's non-intentional and you should ignore. Seek refuge in Allah from the whispers of shaytan.
