Assalamou alaikoum,

Please pray for me i cannot stop crying we paid today the agency+deposit+rent 1800 pounds and when we went to move my staff the flat was full of insects and unhygienic please make duaa for us.

We did but there wasnt any but today all the flat full of insects with baby production insect, Thank you for your duaa brother

InshaAllah, you could complain to the agency? When did you last check the flat? That sounds seriously weird. :hmm:
 
May allah help you sis , and may he also punish those who have cheaten you

Yes it was agency it self who rented the flat to us but it was catastrophe , We took the deposit and 1month rent back and we gave us the agency fee about 380 pounds hamdollah

you have to complain sis they should get rid of that infestation and get the place cleared up

didn't you know it was unhygeinic beforehand?
