Reality: An Escape…
With her eyes closed she imagines to be in her favorite field;
Of wilderness, where the soul wonders without any shield,
There is no fear of thorns, pricks, cuts, bruises and pain,
One can enjoy the breeze, and the surrounding without refrain,
The flowers bloom, splashing colors of joy and freedom,
She could stay in that place forever without any boredom,
Butterflies dance around like scattered gems sparkling,
Birds sing songs of eternal love, which are simply startling,
Beyond that field is a vast sea of love with waves of hope crashing,
Its water sprinkles happiness all around as it is splashing,
With her eyes closed she imagines to be riding her horse,
Riding the winds, feeling the breeze, enjoying her course,
As the night approaches quietly, everything seems so peaceful,
The air, scent of roses, splashing sea water, everything beyond wishful
The moon is never far; always near to be held and hugged,
The stars glitter around the moon without ever feeling shrugged,
There is no one around her except herself and her ecstatic soul,
She begins to heal within her heart, slowly again becoming whole,
In this field of wilderness, she can feel the way she wants,
She can be what she wishes; life is beyond the complaints and rants,
Oh with her eyes closed, she never wishes to open them again,
For the eyes when opened see things only in disdain and vain...
