When days become hard, I try not to stray away
When I feel that they’ve become harder I kneel down to pray
Moments I feel have become like special occasions, coming when the time is right I feel like I’m being tested to see if my faith is tight.
Every prayer I turn to god, the most beneficent, and the one true lord.
I plea to my lord to hear my beckoning call
Make me stronger and make me suppress, those that get me stressed.
I see your guiding light, so pure and so bright.
I know now everything is going to be alright.
I turn to you with a smile on my face, now I can truly say I’ve been blessed by grace.
