prayer with Group

assalam alaikom brother In the name of ALLAH SWT most merciful and beneficent if I pray fajr prayer at home as alone even masjid located very near to my home then does my prayer be accepted because I m offering Fajr prayer as alone I've to go to office immediately after offering prayer to avoid delay of time to go office im offering fajr at home please tell me whether its ok or should I definitely go to masjid

If the adhaan can be heard from your house then it becomes obligatory for you to respond to it by going to the mosque. Salah offered by itself is accepted inshaa'Allah but salah that is prayed in congregation is either very highly recommended or it is obligatory. Even if you take the lesser opinion then you must still make a serious effort to pray in congregation as it is at least very highly recommended.
