Your not accountable unless your baaligh, which means to be of age, in other words if you have reached puberty, which for boys i think is 14, for girls its when they start to mensturate, even if its as early as nine (which i think is a bit unfair, i mean what does a nine yr old know!?).

However i think even thats disputable because its argued that if a child shows signs of being more mature then their age then they shoul be considered baaligh, whatever their age....which i also think is a bit iffy, some kids act smart but really their just messing about trying to copy the grown ups
