Question about restricted brother and sister forums

Why is it that a sister needs to gain 300 posts to enter the respective forum for sisters, but brothers only need to get 100 posts to enter the brothers forum?

This is a bit unfair isn't it?
 
Never mind, I found the answer. On to the next question...

When will the search feature be fixed?

Aah well no worries :-\, still for bros thats only quarter amount less posts than sisters, atleast we sisters got the most posts so we sisters win having the most posts and more threads yay :-\

Also I'd have to argue that women talk more. I'm a woman and I'm very quiet and don't talk much.
