I start by saying that i am a revert and i lack knowledge, so i am sorry for this question.
When i reflect about God in islam, it seems that he gives us rules upon rules, tell us that many things are haram and what we can’t do, etc. but i need to feel God’s love and warmth. Where in the Quran does God show his love for us? And if you have something else in mind, please tell me. Also, which books are important for a beginner to understand God? (In English).
