Regarding a certain hadith, I found this takhreej on islamweb:

I noticed a bunch of rulings on it. I was wondering, are these rulings done by the individual scholars themselves or are they general ones taken from the website? I ask as I have read some of these books and have not seen any comments by scholars. Could anyone with knowledge in islamweb clarify which one it is?
