users whose genders -- sister or brother in humanity are muslim or not?

i tried searching in faq but couldnt find the answer hence iv posted

It depends on what the user decides to choose. There are Muslim members here who have selected Brother/Sister in Humanity. It's the Way of Life that shows whether a user is a Muslim or not.
