Assalam Alaikum.
Can someone kindly share a good source on how to perform Umrah in English or Hindi (audio, video, text all are OK) or Urdu (Audio/video ONLY, I cannot read Urdu fluently!)
Also a couple of questions,
1) I head in this YouTube video "Full Umrah ka tareeqa by Murshidi Mufti Muhammad Akmal Qadri sahab uploaded by Mufti Akmal Fan Aalimlover" (in Urdu language) at around 7:00 min to shave the head before Umrah so that if the hear breaks in the state of Ihram, one will NOT have to give sadqah. But elsewhere I read that one CANNOT shave his head before going to Hajj or Umrah for 10 days? What is the correct opinion?
2) Can women take medicines to postpone their menstrual cycle (periods) for Umrah?
