I've never seen anything like this one. It not only does a word for word translation, but the author will talk about each word in detail and how it relates to the ayaah.

I've known people who have learned Arabic from the book that was posted in the start of the thread. It's all about building vocabulary first then grammar.

An excellent lecture to assist with learning it is from Mahmoud Mohamad's talk on How to Understand the Qur'an Quickly and Easily.
