I am looking for a online Quran I can read with audio plus with English translation. Now I need something with the translation so i understand and it would be nice if it was in modern English not the old English (don't understand that) I also do want something which is available offline so I can run without internet..

Found one here is OK but would be nice for offline view..

scratch that can't put any links. Just type Quran Explorer in Google and it will be second Link

Anyone know any useful tools?
 
OK well I did find some but they are not the best plus some are missing audio codecs. I could try to code my own in Visual Basic just that I would need a audio file (copyright free) of someone reading the Quran out plus Arabic and English text. Basically I would just re-create the Quran explorer but for offline use. Anyone know where I could get the files from?
