Quranic Sciences Books

[Ibn Abi Ahmed]

I'm looking for some books on Quranic Sciences, Ulum ul Qur'an. So far I've got two books that I will be getting Insha'Allaah:

An Approach to the Quranic Sciences by Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani

The problem is, the book by Mufti Taqi Usmani isn't available in the places I've searched, does anyone know where I can find it? I'm looking in particular for the publisher: 'Darul Ishaat, 2000 CE'.

And are there any other good Ulum ul Qur'an books (with the exception of the one by Ahmed von Deffer - already have that)?
