In the first pic what u see on top of the kabah is the chalender from inside the mosque (since the person taking the pic is inside one of the archways)

As for the building next to the kabah in the flood pic - I have no clue what it is...my guess it could be a temporary structure built to try and undo the damage of the flood maybe? but thats just a guess
